Effective date: August 30, 2026 · Last updated: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FG Digital Agency LLC, doing business as Prime Clean ("Prime Clean," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit primecleanba.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us — including by submitting a quote request, calling our office, or emailing us. It also describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
1.1 Information you provide directly
When you submit a commercial quote request, a government/public-sector inquiry, or otherwise contact us through the Site, by phone, or by email, we may collect:
- Full name
- Company, property, or agency name
- Email address and phone number
- Facility type, approximate square footage, and service details you choose to share
- For government inquiries: solicitation/RFP number and NAICS code, if provided
- Any other information you choose to include in a message field
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4), including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages, and general usage patterns
- Date and time of visit
1.3 Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from third parties such as government procurement portals (e.g., SAM.gov, Cal eProcure) where we are a listed vendor, or from analytics and email-delivery providers we use to operate the Site.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to quote requests, procurement inquiries, and general questions
- Prepare written estimates, proposals, and capability statements
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Communicate with you about your inquiry, including by phone, email, or text if you have provided a phone number for that purpose
- Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, bonding, and government-contracting obligations (for example, maintaining records related to our DIR registration and SAM.gov status)
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues
We do not use the information you submit through the Site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. How we share information
Prime Clean does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Site or our business — for example, website hosting, email/CRM tools we use to respond to inquiries, and phone service providers — under contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only to perform services for us.
- Government agencies: when you submit a government or public-sector inquiry, or as required to complete or document a public-works or municipal contract (including information related to our DIR registration).
- Legal requirements: where disclosure is required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prime Clean, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your consent.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain business and government-contracting records, satisfy legal, accounting, insurance, and bonding requirements, and resolve disputes. Quote-request and inquiry records are generally retained for the duration of a client or prospective-client relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping purposes, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, records connected to public-works or government contracts).
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business use by adults, including facility managers, property owners, and government procurement personnel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 13 and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Your general privacy choices
- Marketing communications: if we ever send you marketing email, you may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in that email or by contacting us directly.
- Cookies: most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through browser settings; see our Cookie Policy for detail.
- Do Not Track: the Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 9 below.
9. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. This section describes those rights and how to exercise them.
9.1 Categories of personal information we collect
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA:
| Category | Examples | Collected? |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, phone number, IP address | Yes |
| Commercial information | Records of services requested or inquired about | Yes |
| Internet or network activity | Browsing behavior on the Site, pages viewed | Yes |
| Geolocation data | Approximate location inferred from IP address | Yes (approximate only) |
| Professional or employment information | Company/agency name and job context you provide | Yes |
| Protected classifications | Race, gender, disability status, etc. | No |
| Biometric information | Fingerprints, facial recognition data | No |
| Sensory data | Audio, video, call recordings | No |
| Sensitive personal information | Government ID, precise geolocation, financial account details | No |
9.2 Sources and business purposes
We collect the categories above directly from you, automatically through your use of the Site, and from the third parties described in Section 1, for the business purposes described in Section 2.
9.3 We do not sell or share your personal information
Prime Clean does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no need to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request — but if the Site's use of cookies or analytics tools changes in the future in a way that would constitute a "sale" or "share" under California law, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism, including honoring the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where technically detectable.
9.4 Your CCPA rights
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- Right to know: request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have disclosed it.
- Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (for example, information we must retain to comply with government-contracting or legal recordkeeping obligations).
- Right to correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information, so this right is not currently applicable, but you may still submit a request.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, so there is no use to limit.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
9.5 How to submit a request
You may submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information by:
- Emailing us at info@primecleanba.com or info@primecleanba.com
- Calling us at (415) 572-8733
We will need to verify your identity before processing a request, typically by matching the information you provide (such as name and email address) against the information already in our records. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority and separately verify your identity. We will respond to a verifiable request within 45 days, with a possible one-time 45-day extension where reasonably necessary, and we will explain the reason for any extension.
Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83): Separately from the CCPA, California residents may ask once a year whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. Because Prime Clean does not share personal information for third-party direct marketing, there is generally nothing to disclose under this law, but you are welcome to submit a request using the contact information above.
10. Other state privacy rights
Residents of certain other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. If you are located in one of these states, you may submit a request using the contact information in Section 13, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
11. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as SAM.gov or Cal eProcure. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
